At Mr. NicheTech, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle free.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
- Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for most products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Digital products (such as eBooks, software, or other downloadable items).
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
If your item does not fall under these categories, and it meets the eligibility criteria, you may proceed with the return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email: returns@mrnichetech.com with your order number, description of the issue, your direct contact details.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Refund processing typically takes between 7-14 days, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than [Insert Number of Days] days after delivery.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.
Then:
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at returns@mrnichetech.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged product.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the defective product and provide a replacement at no extra charge.
- Shipping
When returning a product, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
- Custom and Digital Products
Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products, digital goods (eBooks, software, etc.), and downloadable content, are non-refundable. Once the digital product is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
